Healing The Heart

One of the most beautiful Heart Healing meditations I know so far. Very nicely made and profound. I have done it at least ten times and it's still very well working again and again opening the new levels of understanding the Energy of the Heart.

It's very recommended to make this after some event not so nice and maybe after something you really didn't like so much coming up in your life, because it can lead you to a stronger connection with your heart and therefore helps you to focus on your strenghts.
